• Founder and a principal of Allen-Guerra Architecture and a managing member of Neighborhood Crafters
• Masters Degree in Architecture and B.S. in Economics
• Summit County resident since 1992
• 39 years of experience in construction and development
• Developing multiple affordable housing projects in Buena Vista and, in partnership with the Yampa Valley Housing Authority, in Steamboat Springs
• Designed the first Net Zero-Energy, Carbon-Neutral subdivision in Breckenridge, CO and has designed several LEED projects in Summit County
• Provided pro bono architecture design services for a new 22,000 sf headquarters for FIRC and Building Hope in Breckenridge, CO
• Suzanne has made it one of her life goals to help others who need architecture. Her Masters degree studies included a thesis on “Women and Children in Architecture and the Affordable Housing Crisis.”
• Experience with multiple green methods of construction with homes constructed of varied materials (strawbale and rammed earth)

• Background in Business, Art, Architecture and Mechanical Engineering and Music
• Director of Design at Allen-Guerra Architecture - Oversees all aspects of architectural design, manages multiple project teams, oversees drawing production, and performs construction administration on our larger multi-family, residential, and mixed-use projects
• Owner and operator of Thunderbus – an architecture and development IT Solutions consulting company
• Currently developing Cottonwoods at Midvalley, a 236-unit workforce housing units complex in Steamboat Springs in partnership with Yampa Valley Housing Authority
• Designed, developed, owns and operates 75,000 sf climate-controlled self-storage facility in Silverthorne, CO
• Guitar + Bass + Vocals in rock band Robot Dog
• Served on Town of Frisco Planning Commission for over 5 years and various citizen advisory and professional focus groups for the Town of Frisco on their master planning, building code adoption, complete streets plan, and other efforts during the past 20+ years
• Volunteers with Summit High School’s Career and Technical Ed program building Tiny Homes
