• Provided pro bono architecture design services for a new 22,000 sf headquarters for FIRC and Building Hope in Breckenridge, CO
• Suzanne has made it one of her life goals to help others who need architecture. Her Masters degree studies included a thesis on “Women and Children in Architecture and the Affordable Housing Crisis.”

• Director of Design at Allen-Guerra Architecture - Oversees all aspects of architectural design, manages multiple project teams, oversees drawing production, and performs construction administration on our larger multi-family, residential, and mixed-use projects
• Owner and operator of Thunderbus – an architecture and development IT Solutions consulting company
• Currently developing Cottonwoods at Midvalley, a 236-unit workforce housing units complex in Steamboat Springs in partnership with Yampa Valley Housing Authority
• Designed, developed, owns and operates 75,000 sf climate-controlled self-storage facility in Silverthorne, CO
• Guitar + Bass + Vocals in rock band Robot Dog
• Served on Town of Frisco Planning Commission for over 5 years and various citizen advisory and professional focus groups for the Town of Frisco on their master planning, building code adoption, complete streets plan, and other efforts during the past 20+ years
• Volunteers with Summit High School’s Career and Technical Ed program building Tiny Homes
